About this service

Help your teenager learn practical strategies for managing worry and low mood with our self-paced online program for teens and their parents. This program is based on an effective psychological treatment for signs of anxiety and depression in adolescence.

This service may help:

  • Teach young people (12-17 y/o) how to manage stress, worry or low mood
  • Build confidence to navigate common adolescent experiences
  • Help parents/carers to support teens as they learn new skills

This program has been adapted from our adult Mixed Depression & Anxiety program, which has been evaluated in randomised controlled trials, to be more suitable for young people.
