About this service

Next Steps is an online program that offers care and support after residential or hospital treatment for an eating disorder. The program helps to lower the risk of relapse and supports long term recovery.

The program is free. It runs for a minimum of 3 hours per day, 3 days a week, for 8 weeks.

This service may help:

  • Informed by evidence-based treatments for group and individual therapy
  • A trained team offers skilled support for recovery
  • Draws upon various modalities including CBT-e and DBT

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. Groups: 3:30-7:30pm. Individual sessions: 12:30-2:30pm (AEDT/AEST).
