If you need mental health support in your language, contact Head to Health through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). TIS National covers more than 100 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the cost of a local call:
The Health Service Navigator acts as a single point of entry to assist people in finding and engaging with mental health support. The service works with people across the spectrum of needs, ranging from people seeking low-intensity support through to those with complex needs.
