Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)
If you need mental health support in your language, contact Head to Health through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). TIS National covers more than 100 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the cost of a local call:
An 8-week psychoeducation and skills program for individuals who have an eating disorder or engage in disordered eating. The program is delivered by experienced mental health professionals and peer support facilitators.
This service may help:
Increase awareness of disordered eating and behaviour & thinking
Identify opportunities to explore what motivates and what hinders you
Reduce isolation and build your support networks
People with a diagnosed mental health condition
