Education and Career Support for 15-25 year olds

About this service

Education and Career Support (ECS) helps young people stay connected to study or work during and after their cancer treatment. It’s a service that assists young cancer patients to identify their vocational goals and values, followed by individualised plans to help them achieve their milestones.

This service may help:

  • Helping young people make informed decisions about their career
  • Develop job readiness skills
  • keeping up with or taking a break from work or study

12 to 25 years

Service over multiple sessions (e.g. online course)


Supported by a trained provider

Therapy framework

People with cancer experience disruptions to their education, and career development. Young people report an unmet need for dedicated support to help them achieve their education and employment goals.
