Provides information about social anxiety or social phobia - the intense anxiety that some people experience in social or performance situations. It also teaches a range of evidence-based approaches to help you to manage your symptoms and improve your life.

  • Increase your confidence by developing your social skills
  • Feel less self-conscious in social or performance situations

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
The e-couch Social Anxiety program has been evaluated in Randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety in users.
