If you need mental health support in your language, contact Head to Health through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). TIS National covers more than 100 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the cost of a local call:
Provides information about factors that might affect how you are feeling about a relationship breakdown, and practical advice about how to cope. It also teaches a range of evidence-based approaches to support your mental health and wellbeing.
This service may help:
Refocus goals to shed resentment and to manage anger to feel better.
Deal with unhelpful thoughts to improve what you think about yourself.
Develop strategies to help work through difficulties you may be facing
