If you’ve been personally affected by a natural disaster such as a bushfire, flood, earthquake or cyclone, you’re probably feeling a whole lot of different emotions. 
While natural disasters are out of your control, there are things you can do to feel better and to get help.

This service may help:

  • Get tips for the initial days and weeks, as well as for the long term
  • See what you can do to take care of yourself and open up to others
  • Focus on what you can control and keep a regular routine
