If you need mental health support in your language, contact Head to Health through the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). TIS National covers more than 100 languages and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the cost of a local call:
Access & Referral service works with members of the community, including the providers of services, consumers and others who may care for anyone within our community to connect with mental health services.
This service may help:
Get in touch with a healthcare professionals or trained provider
Determine what type of support you need
Get connected to the best and appropriate service locally
