Can’t attend places of worship

COVID-19 may stop you from going to your place of worship. That can feel like you are losing an important connection. This can impact your mental health over time.

You might be able to connect with people you know who share your beliefs, such as online services. You may be able to devote a small part of your home to prayer, to help with that spiritual connection.
